Grußbotschaft zur Aktion vor dem kanadischen Konsulat in Düsseldorf

(09.12.2010) Die US-amerikanischen Soldaten in Kanada stehen an erster Stelle des Kampfes, um die Übergriffe auf die Rechte der Einzelnen durch die USA zu stoppen. Ihnen muss Beifall gespendet werden, statt sie wie potentielle Kriminelle zu behandeln. Wenn es nach der US-Regierung geht, sollen diese Soldaten dazu gezwungen werden, zu stehlen, vergewaltigen und zu töten, wie es auf der Welt heute geschieht. Es sollte kein Verbrechen sein, die Integrität zu haben, um NEIN! zu sagen.

(09.12.2010) The American soldiers in Canada are on the front lines in the battle to stop American encroachment on the rights of the Individual. These people need to be applauded, not treated as though they are potential criminals. If it were up to the American Government, those Soldiers would be forced to take part in the stealing, Raping, and murdering that is going on throughout the world today.  It should not be a crime to have the integrity to say NO!

(20.09.2010) Connection e.V. und das Military Counseling Network begrüßen die Verleihung des taz Panter Preises an den US-Deserteur André Shepherd am vergangenen Samstag. „Dies ist ein deutliches Zeichen, wie groß die Zustimmung zu seiner Entscheidung ist“, sagte heute Rudi Friedrich von Connection e.V. „Das Bundesamt für Migration ist nun gefordert, André Shepherd endlich den notwendigen asylrechtlichen Schutz zu gewähren.“

No decision yet in German asylum process

(20.09.2010) Connection e.V. and Military Counseling Network welcome the announcement that the taz newspaper awarded its Panther Prize to U.S. AWOL soldier André Shepherd on Saturday, September 18th. „This is a clear sign that the German public stands in solidarity with Shepherd“, Rudi Friedrich of Connection e.V. stated today. “We are now urging the German migration authorities to finally grant André Shepherd the necessary asylum protection."
