(05.05.2021) The Conscientious Objection Association, Vicdani Ret Derneği, focuses on the experiences of conscientious objectors in Turkey. In the first interview published as part of a video series, the association share the story of İnan Mayıs Aru, who declared his conscientious objection in 2008. The video has been published to the International Day of Conscientious Objection, May 15, 2021.

(05.05.2021) Der Verein für Kriegsdienstverweigerung, Vicdani Ret Derneği, stellt in einer Serie von Videos die Erfahrungen von Kriegsdienstverweigerern in der Türkei vor. Als erstes Video präsentiert der Verein die Geschichte von İnan Mayıs Aru,der 2008 seine Kriegsdienstverweigerung erklärt hatte. Das Video wurde zum Internationalen Tag der Kriegsdienstverweigerung, dem 15. Mai 2021, veröffentlicht.

(09.04.2021) Every year on 15th May, the International Conscientious Objection Day, we organise solidarity with conscientious objectors (COs) and draw attention to their resistance to war. This year we have a particular focus on Turkey – working closely with Conscientious Objection Association (Vicdani Ret Derneği).
